Middle School Families,

Make sure your Final Forms have been completed for the 2025/2026 school year. If they are not completed your student will not be added to any bus stops, class lists, or sports rosters. If you are having trouble logging in to your account call our central office 330-674-3546.

Be on the look out for an EMAIL in late July with all the back to school information you will need. This will be sent to the email address on Final Forms. No back to school info will be mailed.

The middle school office will be open until June 20 8:00am-2:00pm. If you have questions over the summer you can email  [email protected] or call central office.

Sports information will come directly from coaches. In order to be on their contact list your Final Forms must be updated for the 25/26 school year and have the appropriate athletic boxes checked. Remember to have a current sports physical uploaded to Final Forms BEFORE practices begin.

VACCINATIONS- Incoming 7th graders are required to have the Tdap and meningococcal boosters BEFORE August 20th. Please upload those records to Final Forms before schedule pick up time. If you currently have a waiver on file with us, those are required to be updated yearly. One will be mailed to you in early August or can be printed from the website, either upload that to Final Forms or bring it with you to schedule pick up. Schedules will not be available unless this has been taken care of.
