SPRING ATHLETIC INFORMATION

If your student will be participating in a spring sport they will need the following:

Physicals and Final Forms due before the 1st day of practice. February 20th (Track, Baseball, Softball), March 6th (Boys Tennis). See attached Physical Form. Return to the High School office or upload into Final Forms.

Pay to Play ($75): Due Friday, March 24th. Cash or checks only payable to WHHS

Pay to Play waiver forms attached if help is needed. Please return to the high school office.

Mandatory OHSAA Parent Meeting: Monday, March 6th at 6pm in the High School Theater
