7th graders ( Class of 2029) are required to show proof of immunization for the Tdap and MCV4 Meningococcal vaccines. Bring a shot record from your doctors office to schedule pick up.
If your 7th grader has not received the vaccinations yet, we ask that you show proof of their upcoming appointment to receive them.
Waivers are available for families choosing not to get the immunizations. These must be filed out YEARLY and can be acquired in the school office at schedule pick up.
